This position is a part-time position (15-25 hours per week) with a mix between coaching time in the water, office/administrative tasks, and deck and cleaning support. Whether in the pool or in the office, this job is all about great customer service. You must be reliable, punctual, have a strong work ethic, and good verbal communication skills. We offer paid training to help you learn our system and approach. This job will require afternoon/evening and weekend shifts. We will only consider applicants who can work At least one 8-hour shift on a weekend day At least one 8-hour shift (12pm to close) on a weekday between Monday and Thursday Other shorter shifts in the evening to fill out the 15-25 hours per week Why Choose Swim? Love and respect students while teaching them to swim. Be a team player who is who is consistently dependable and reliable. Complete required training and be a continual learner. Follow our curriculum with a focus on the needs, abilities and comfort of each student. Smile and have fun during your entire shift.
