Job Title: Salesforce Business AnalystJob Location : Syracuse, New YorkJob DescriptionThe Salesforce Business Analyst will partner with Solution Architects to translate Manufacturing Cloud requirements into actionable deliverables This role ensures standard capabilities are implemented without introducing unnecessary customizationsdriving efficiency across core sales and service processesPrimary skillsStrong knowledge of Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud capabilitiesExpertise in requirements gathering user story creation and data mappingExperience with sales processes pipeline forecasting quoting and service processes case management emailtocaseAbility to partner with architects and technical teams to deliver scalable solutionsSecondary skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilitiesDocumentation and reporting proficiency for clear project deliverablesAdaptability to evolving business needs and Salesforce releasesKey ResponsibilitiesTranslate Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud requirements into clear user stories data mappings and acceptance criteriaWork across pipeline forecasting quoting case management emailtocase and sales processes to capture business needsCollaborate with Solution Architects to design and implement standard Manufacturing Cloud featuresEnsure solutions align with business objectives while avoiding nonstandard or custom scopeKnowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirementsCoordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutionsConduct workshops discussions with business owners to understand existing processes pain points and ideal state scenariosDefine process optimization opportunitiesDefine roadmap and backlogManage various salesforce projects including gathering information planning and executing projectsFormulate and maintain salesforce solution documentation e g process flows data models and technical specificationsWorks with the design team to ensure that the most significant business operations are addressedFamiliarity with the backlog grooming process attributes review and approval processExcellent knowledge of Scrum Agile Jira and ConfluenceSalesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle SDLCWork with QA and Development team to make them aware of E2E flow and processReview and approval for Test Scripts Test Cases and Test resultsQualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field5 to 7 years of experience as a Business AnalystSalesforce certifications Administrator Business Analyst or Consultant preferredFamiliarity with Manufacturing Cloud modules and standard Salesforce processesExperience working with AgileScrum methodologiesStrong track record of delivering clear requirements and supporting successful implementations
