Experience in lieu of education.Ten or more years of progressive manufacturing experience and a minimum of five years in a leadership role.Strong leadership, team building, coaching and ability to build a positive, safe culture while motivating people.Excellent communication, technical writing skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing skills.Strong skills in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).A high degree of decision-making authority is required to maintain on-time delivery in this just-in-time/ship-by-shift environment.The salary range for this position is $110K to $135K w/ bonus potential.Equal opportunity employer.
