Active RN license
12 months of recent RN experience

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient assessments
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare team members for patient care
Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Compliance / Notes

Orientation provided on the first shift. Credentials are due before the start date.
