General Production Worker

We are seeking hardworking General Production Workers to join a manufacturing team that produces and packages exterior caulking products used in commercial construction. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or general labor who thrive in a hands-on, physically demanding environment.

Location: Brighton, CO

Shift and Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday | $23.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday | $25.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday-Thursday | $25.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Fill and package finished product into 5-gallon buckets.
• Palletize completed buckets for shipment and storage.
• Perform and document quality assurance checks on finished products.
• Accurately document finished goods inventory.
• Package finished caulk into boxes and ensure proper labeling.
• Work closely with the production team to achieve daily production goals.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of heavy manufacturing, production, construction, or general labor experience .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to frequently lift and move 40-50 lb. buckets throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing setting.
• Must be clean shaven and able to wear a respirator when required.
• Comfortable working in a dirty, industrial manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $25.50/hr.
