Role Description: Be on the ground floor of ROA\'s opening of the Colorado market with the Rhythm Realty Team! Whether you\'re a full-time or part-time Real Estate Agent, our team would like to talk to you about the amazing opportunities we have available in Denver Metro, Fort Collins, Boulder, Colorado Springs and other nearby cities. You will represent Buyers and Sellers in residential real estate transactions, including property showings, listing presentations, and offer negotiations. Daily responsibilities include: prospecting and following up with leads, conducting market analyses, preparing and reviewing contracts, hosting open houses, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and guiding clients through every stage of the transaction process. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, attending monthly office meetings and training sessions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth closings and high-quality client service. Agents are expected to build and manage a personal client portfolio while upholding Rhythm Realty and ROA’s standards of professionalism, ethics, and community-focused service. Qualifications Candidates should possess an active Colorado Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate principles and practices. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques. Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property, including local market dynamics, contracts, and transaction processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Ability to attend monthly team meetings in the Denver Metropolitan Area Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment. Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and standard office software; experience with MLS platforms is beneficial.
