Our platform provides real‑time guardrails, redteaming, and observability for generative AI systems—ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable AI deployments in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, DoD, and healthcare. About the Role As a Product Analyst, you will own the design and specification of complex items within product workstreams. You will scope problems, design experiments, define success metrics, run analysis, and provide recommendations. You may also build quick custom AI tools to test ideas. Code training or infrastructure will be managed by the platform; your focus will be on experimental design and analytical rigor. What you might work on Guardrail training data: curate and design the dataset that trains a guardrail model (e.g., prompt injection detector) and maintain labeling consistency as data grows. Orchestration experiments: test different guardrail and control configurations to determine optimal performance. Synthetic data quality: evaluate whether synthetic training or evaluation data is faithful and diverse enough for trust. New evaluations: research, scope, and specify new methods to evaluate guardrails and AI applications. Rapid tooling: build small custom AI tools to validate hypotheses or unblocks teams. Benchmarking: measure performance using standard classification metrics (FNR, FPR, precision, recall) and report insights. Growth path You’ll start with well‑scoped items and progress to more ambiguous work. Over time, you’ll develop intuition for SLM training, guardrail orchestration, and control integration, aiming toward a senior technical product role. Requirements Degree with strong quantitative or analytical content; preferred backgrounds include physics, information or data theory, business, and similar fields, plus solid data‑analysis experience. Clear, demonstrated framework for problem‑solving. Good instinct for data, ML concepts, and trustworthy experiment design. Python and pandas proficiency for data work. Interest in AI security or safety and adversarial thinking. Attention to detail and clear writing. Nice to have Machine learning coursework. Proficiency in a non‑English language such as Japanese, Chinese, or a European language. Statistics or NLP coursework or projects. SQL experience. Habit of building small tools or scripts (including with AI assistants). Exposure to LLMs, security tooling, experimental design, or annotation work.
