Manager, Internal Communications Full-time Regular Plano, TX, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 5497 Salary Range: US$125,200.00 To US$147,200.00 Annually JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Lead Global Employee Communications Develop and execute global internal communication strategies aligned with business priorities and culture. Partner with leaders to create clear, engaging communications that connect employees to Pizza Hut's strategy and vision. Advise leaders on communication best practices and messaging. Own Enterprise Communication Channels Manage Pizza Hut's employee intranet ( HutHQ ) and oversee content across internal communication channels. Develop editorial calendars and continuously enhance communication channels to improve engagement and employee experience. Produce Global Town Halls & Executive Communications Lead planning and production of quarterly Global Town Halls from concept through execution. Develop executive messaging, presentations,scriptsand supporting communications. Manage speaker preparation, agendas, employee Q&Aand post-event communications. Identifyopportunities to increase engagement and improve the employee experience during company-wide events. Bring Our Culture to Life Tell compelling employee stories that celebrate our people,cultureand business impact. Partner with People & Culture to support engagement initiatives, recognitionprogramsand key employee moments. Drive Organizational Change Communications Develop communication plans that support organizational change and major business initiatives. Equip leaders with messaging and communication tools to successfully engage their teams. Support the Broader Communications Team Assistwith crisis communications, executive events and other strategic communications initiatives as needed. Partner closely with external communications and brand teams to ensure consistency across all audiences. RESPONSIBILITIES: (6-8) years of experience with a public relations agency or in internal communications, corporatecommunicationsor employee engagement Exceptional writing,editingand storytelling skills Experience developing executive communications and supporting senior leaders Experience managing intranet platforms and digital communication channels Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Comfortable working independently while collaborating across a highly matrixed organization Experience producing company-wide meetings, townhallsor large employee events Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to think strategically whileremaininghands-on in execution Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Required in Plano Office 3 days a week Required on-call time (approximately every3rd weekend and after hours) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Communications , Public Relations, or a related field Experience supporting global organizations Experience with organizational change and transformation communications Familiarity with SharePoint, Liferay or other enterprise intranet platforms Experience using employee engagement and communications analytics tools Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) #J-18808-Ljbffr
