ST. Vincent's Hospital in Westchester County, NY, seeks a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the Crisis Prevention Response Team. You will perform rapid mental health assessments, respond to emergencies, and provide home-based support to stabilize clients and arrange initial referrals.
