Audit Analyst
Northbound Executive Search
Our client, a well-known international investment bank in Jersey City, is looking for an experienced internal auditor to join their team. This individual will be assisting on all internal audit testing for SOX and Internal Controls. Responsibilities will include risk assessments, audit testing, control evaluation, and audit reporting. The candidate must have at least three years’ experience with internal audit at a financial services firm, preferably within the banking and/or broker dealer space. Job Responsibilities: Identify and analyze control issues or changes in company processes for potential implications Liaise with process and control owners and department managers to ensure that control documentation (e.g., risk matrices, policies & procedures, flowcharts) is maintained and updated Work with department managers to resolve SOX-related control issues and implement remediation strategies Provide progress reports and present deficiencies to senior management Stay informed of legislative and regulatory changes impacting SOX compliance Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure proper SOX test work #J-18808-Ljbffr
