Regional Sales Manager

Generate revenue within the assigned territory through remote selling and consistent in-market dealer engagement Engage leads and prospects in person, via phone, and through web meetings Spend 6-10 days per month in-store with dealers Track and document discussions in Salesforce Source new sales opportunities through in-person dealer visits, outbound prospecting, referrals, and disciplined follow-up Meet or exceed revenue quota, sales activity, pipeline generation, opportunity progression, retention, and existing account growth targets Partner with dealer services and CX teams Become a subject matter expert on business products and stay current on industry news and market challenges Use reporting systems, aggregated data, and CRM tools to track, qualify, forecast, and manage leads, prospects, and active sales opportunities Identify prospect needs, recommend appropriate products and solutions, and close sales opportunities Build rapport with key contacts at all levels within the assigned territory and generate interest Maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned business segment Provide leadership with regular feedback about market and competitor activity Adhere to quality standards, company values, and processes Partner with current clients to retain relationships and foster referral opportunities Requirements Ability to strategize and collaborate with a large extended team Experience with sales of newly launched products Background working in an automotive dealership sales department required Experience transitioning into SaaS, B2B software, data, or digital marketing sales strongly preferred Track record of over-achieving quota Experience with Digital Marketing and leveraging data to help clients succeed Strong presentation and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactively seeks new business opportunities in the market Knowledgeable and comfortable with CRM systems and sales forecasting processes Must be able to work EST/CST hours Must be able to travel approximately 50% of the time, including 6-10 in-store dealer days per month and overnight hotel stays as business needs require Not open to CA or NY residents at this time Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in remote selling and dealer engagement, with a strong focus on revenue generation and client relationship management.
