Salary Range: Based on experience

On-site in Plano Texas. We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with deep experience scaling mobile apps through Meta Ads, Google Ads and Tiktok ads. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the complete mobile acquisition funnel from awareness to subscription conversion and can independently develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising strategies.

The ideal candidate has experience growing iOS and Android apps, understands attribution challenges, and knows how to maximize ROAS while continuously testing new audiences, creatives, and campaign structures. 

Essential Functions: 

• Own paid acquisition strategy across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns:

  • Top of Funnel (TOF)

  • Middle of Funnel (MOF)

  • Bottom of Funnel (BOF)

• Develop audience strategies including:

  • Cold prospecting

  • Interest targeting

  • Broad targeting

  • Lookalike audiences

  • Custom audiences

  • Retargeting audiences

  • Exclusion audiences

  • Value-based audiences

• Create campaign structures for:

  • App Install campaigns

  • App Engagement campaigns

  • Subscription optimization

  • Conversion optimization

  • Re-engagement campaigns

• Design creative testing frameworks including:

  • Video ads

  • Static image ads

  • Carousel ads

  • Story/Reels creatives

  • UGC-style creatives

  • A/B testing

• Monitor and improve:

  • CPI

  • CPA

  • ROAS

  • CTR

  • CVR

  • CAC

  • LTV

  • Retention metrics

• Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.

• Work closely with product and design teams to improve landing pages, App Store listings, and conversion rates.

• Develop scaling strategies while maintaining profitability.

• Recommend budget allocation across platforms and campaign objectives.

• Stay current with Meta and Google platform updates, attribution changes, and privacy regulations affecting mobile advertising.

Required Experience and Education:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Experience growing iOS and Android mobile apps from early-stage or startup environments.

• Proven ability to build advertising campaigns from scratch with limited budgets and continuously optimize performance.

• Strong understanding of mobile acquisition funnels, including TOF, MOF, and BOF strategies.

• Experience creating audience strategies, including broad targeting, lookalike audiences, custom audiences, retargeting, and exclusions.

• Comfortable owning the entire advertising process—from strategy and campaign setup to optimization, reporting, and scaling.

• Experience with Meta SDK, Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase, or similar analytics platforms.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities using campaign data.

• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business  or related field preferred

What makes you stand out:

• Experience marketing AI or subscription-based mobile apps.

• Experience with Apple Search Ads.

• Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO).

• Experience with lifecycle marketing and retention campaigns.
