Shipping/Tow Motor Operator- Days

$15 - $17 per hour

Shipping: Order Picker & Bill Of Lading Administrator

Pay: $15$17/hour (based on experience) Bonus: Up to $250/week after 30 days Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM Typical Hours per Week: 45-60 Hours

Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual role that involves both physical order picking and administrative responsibilities related to shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will have tow-motor (forklift) experience and be comfortable using a computer to manage and process bills of lading.

Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and stage customer orders
Operate tow-motors and other material handling equipment safely
Process and administer bills of lading
Enter shipment information into our system with accuracy
Coordinate with shipping carriers and internal teams as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Tow-motor (forklift) experience is a huge plus
Prior experience with bill of lading processing is preferred
Moderate computer skills (data entry, basic software use)
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation & Schedule Details:

Competitive hourly wage ($16$17/hour based on experience)
Eligible for up to $250 in weekly performance bonuses after 30 days
Hours are recorded Friday through Thursday (not MondaySunday as in most companies)
Overtime is earned after 40 hours within this FridayThursday cycle meaning it typically occurs midweek (TuesdayThursday), rather than on weekends
Pay is issued weekly, every Friday, for the previous FridayThursday work week
Typical work weeks are 5060 hours
