Senior Reliability EngineerThe Senior Reliability Engineer initiates and executes reliability centered maintenance activities to improve plant operations, increase capacity, and decrease unplanned equipment downtime.Responsibilities ? What You'll DoCoaches and develops Plant Maintenance and Operations team in Break Down Elimination Methodology.Leads the development of Predictive Technology Communities of Practice across the enterprise.Reviews and recommends changes to plant equipment selection with a focus on improved equipment reliability.Leads the monthly plant reliability review and quarterly Reliability Steering Committee (RSC) Workshop.Leads the development of the enterprise Equipment Baseline Restoration (EBR) Program.Leads the development of the enterprise Equipment Asset Care Plan (EACP) ProgramPartners with SAP PM COE to improve SAP useability and improved support for reliability initiatives.Coordinates internally with cross-functional teams, operations/maintenance personnel, and externally with suppliers and consultants.Understanding of food manufacturing plant equipment operation and system interrelationships.Reliability: Uses knowledge and skills to guide and train others to identify, assess, prioritize, and manage equipment reliability challenges.Compliance: Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to act independently while guiding and training others to achieve full compliance with applicable rules and regulations.Qualifications ? What You'll BringBS degree in engineering or a technical field is required, preferably in industrial, chemical or mechanical engineering; Masters degree is preferred but not required.Minimum of 10 years of prior experience in manufacturing plant equipment operationDemonstrates strong people leadership, capable of leading high performing teams.Experience using Microsoft Office software is required.CPG, nutritional, or food processing experience is preferred.Experience in coaching and developing plant operations/maintenance staffs.Understanding of automation systems and controls integration is preferred.Working Conditions/EnvironmentWorks in a normal office environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the facility. Frequent (50%) travel to plant locations in the U.S., as well as vendor locations globally.
