Job Description SBM's Manager-in-Training (MIT) is a rigorous 9‑week program built to develop emerging leaders through on‑the‑job training and structured professional development. Title Manager in Training What You'll Gain Structured virtual learning and in‑person mentorship to accelerate leadership growth On‑site operations training across SBM's core business operations Direct mentorship with site leadership, safety, and client operations Core Skills Developed Team development and performance management Client engagement and relationship management Safety program management Graduates leave with a strong operational foundation, enhanced leadership abilities, and the confidence to drive performance across SBM sites.
