Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager, this full-time remote position will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes while providing strategic insights to support organizational growth and profitability. Key responsibilities Manage the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes Lead the monthly financial analysis process, including variance analysis and management reporting Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting, including hands-on FP&A experience Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a detailed 3-statement financial model In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with FP&A or ERP software (NetSuite) is a plus
