Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

FP&A Manager $140,000-$160,000 base salary (depending on experience) Greater Phoenix, AZ (Remote) Vaco has partnered with a small public company to hire an FP&A Manager. This role offers broad exposure across financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis while partnering closely with leadership to support business growth and operational decision-making. Develop financial models and reporting packages to support strategic planning, KPI analysis, and executive decision-making. Analyze business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities while providing actionable recommendations to leadership. Partner cross-functionally with accounting and operational teams to improve forecast accuracy and financial visibility. Support public company reporting, board materials, internal controls, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.
