Primary Responsibilities The Senior Manager of Accounting will be a dynamic leader ready to take ownership of our accounting operations and elevate them to the next level. This isn't just about closing the books; it's about shaping the financial narrative of a rapidly growing organization, mentoring future leaders, and partnering with business leaders to drive strategic outcomes. This role will own GAAP financial reporting; manage a team of accountants; and drive process improvements through automation, strong controls, and reporting tools. Essential Functions DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of accountants; create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Partner with cross-functional leaders to analyze variances, identify trends, and deliver actionable financial intelligence to senior leadership. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, automate, and modernize accounting workflows using technology and AI-driven solutions. Guarantee timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting that enables confident decision‑making at all levels. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, support external audits, and ensure robust internal controls and tax compliance. Leverage ERP and reporting platforms (Workday, Power BI) to enhance data accuracy and cross‑functional visibility. Research, interpret, and apply new accounting standards and pronouncements; maintain up‑to‑date accounting policies and procedures documentation. Serve as a subject matter expert on complex and judgmental accounting matters (e.g., revenue recognition, leases, stock compensation), providing guidance to the broader finance organization. Support M&A due diligence, system implementations, and other special projects as the business evolves. Present financial results and key insights to leadership and other stakeholders, translating complex financial data into clear business narratives. Other duties and projects as assigned. Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Deep expertise in GAAP reporting, consolidations, and month‑end close processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced expertise in Excel. Strategic mindset with the ability to connect financial data to broader business objectives and outcomes. Demonstrated success building, scaling, and leading high‑performing accounting teams. Continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to challenge existing processes and drive change. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex business processes and translate them into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to all levels in an organization and effectively coach and develop team members. Forward‑thinking approach to automation and emerging technologies, including AI, as tools to drive efficiency and innovation. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA strongly preferred. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination. Minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing and developing team. Experience with Workday, Power BI, or similar ERP/BI tools preferred.
