COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE $400,000+ annual base compensation Performance-based bonus incentives Compensation is negotiable based on experience, subspecialty or procedural focus, patient volume, productivity, and schedule preferences. POSITION OVERVIEW The ENT (Otolaryngologist) will provide comprehensive outpatient care for disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. The role includes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and longitudinal management of ENT conditions. Access to in-house diagnostics, imaging, and specialty referrals is available. This is a patient-facing, clinically autonomous role supported by an experienced care team and established operational infrastructure.
