Practice Info Independent practice with strong affiliation with local tertiary care hospitals providing a full range of ENT medicine Offices offer a broad array of state-of-the-art ENT equipment and services Robust in-house diagnostic testing facility Full complement of support teams to assist with patient care Practice medicine autonomously in an ambulatory setting partnering with primary care Responsibilities Responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries of the ear, nose, throat, pharynx, sinuses, larynx, thyroid, oral cavity, salivary glands, and esophagus Examines patients in clinic and performs surgical procedures as needed Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients Consult with patient's primary care physician and other specialists Compensation The salary range for this role is $350,500 to $628,000 annually based on full-time employment Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Benefits A comprehensive benefits package Incentive and recognition programs Equity stock purchase 401k contribution Requirements Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process Board Certification or board eligibility in Otolaryngology Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
