Pediatrician Southern OH Up to $200K Loan Repayment + Flexible Schedule

Job Description

A well-established, hospital-employed pediatric group in southern Ohio is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join a collaborative and growing team.

Position Highlights:

• Hospital-employed pediatric opportunity with an established team of 7 physicians and 9 APPs
• Flexible scheduling options available: (5) 8s, (4) 10s, or (3) 12s
• Office hours Sunday-Friday, 8am-8pm
• Shared nursery rounding and call coverage among providers
• Average patient volume of approximately 25 patients per day
• Broad pediatric scope including outpatient care, nursery coverage, and minor in-office procedures
• Onsite lab services and point-of-care testing available
• Collaboration with nationally recognized children's hospitals for specialty support and ongoing education
• Access to pediatric specialty outreach clinics and educational partnerships

Compensation/Benefits:

• Competitive hospital-employed compensation package
