A billion medical questions get searched on Google every day. We're building something better: the new front door to primary care. AI-augmented, physician-supervised, and available 24/7. We pair patients with in-house doctors through a messaging-first experience and give those doctors an AI clinician cockpit that makes them exponentially more effective. The result is a growing patient base and embedded partnerships with leading digital healthcare enterprises (OURA + more TBA). The Senior Frontend Engineer is a high-ownership role at the center of that build. You’ll shape the product experiences that patients and physicians use every day. This role is hybrid, located in NYC or Boston. What You’ll Do Craft user interfaces for brand new paradigms of AI-enabled care that improve patient engagement and outcomes Co‑create and own meaningful product experiences across our patient app and physician‑facing care delivery platform, ensuring they are polished, performant, and accessible Shape frontend architecture: design systems, state management, responsiveness, testing, and web performance Partner with our ML research and backend teams: bring cutting‑edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical workflows and translate them into product experiences Work closely with internal Product, Clinical and Design as well as prominent healthcare organizations nationwide What You Bring 5+ years of building production frontend software (startup or high‑growth environment experience is a plus) Deep fluency in TypeScript/JavaScript/CSS; strong command of React and Next.js for managing complex state and component architecture. (Bonus points for experience with Node.js or React Native.)
