Lead Clinician
Windham Hospital
Windham Hospital, part of Hartford HealthCare, is seeking a Lead Clinician to guide behavioral health services in our 130+ bed community hospital in Willimantic, CT. In this role, you will provide advanced clinical assessment and evidence-based therapy, while supervising and mentoring a team of clinicians across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will coordinate closely with physicians, nurses, and community partners to support safe discharges and seamless transitions of care. Working in our compassionate, team-oriented environment, you’ll help shape program quality, participate in case conferences, support crisis intervention and safety planning, and contribute to ongoing clinical education and improvement initiatives. This position offers exposure to diverse clinical presentations, strong professional development resources within Hartford HealthCare, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients and families in eastern Connecticut.
