Clinician

Hartford Healthcare seeks a Clinician to provide outpatient behavioral health services to diverse patients across our Connecticut network. In this role, you will complete psychosocial assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, coordinate referrals, and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
