Job Title: General Labor Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator

Job Summary:
Responsible for performing general warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and unloading products. Operates forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks manually or using warehouse equipment.
• Organize inventory and stock shelves or storage locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse operations as needed.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
