Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and well-being. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance metrics. Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely. Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and outcomes. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
