Quality Improvement Advisor II

Quality Improvement Advisor II Mountain Pacific was established in Montana, in 1973. Mountain Pacific is a nonprofit organization that partners within our communities to provide solutions for better health. Through federal, state and commercial funding and partnerships, we bring national public health priorities to the local, state or regional level, leveraging our dynamic staff members’ wide range of expertise to advance better health and health care services. The full-time remote Quality Improvement Advisor II provides client services to assigned groups and organizations and acts as the primary point of contact for communication, contract support, service expectations, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. This position works closely with health care providers and partners to improve care delivery, quality data reporting, health information technology adoption, and performance under quality payment programs. This position ensures client expectations are met with a high degree of customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for meeting internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in health care, quality improvement, provider engagement, or a related field, along with a strong understanding of health care policy, quality reporting, performance improvement, and provider support. This person should be an effective communicator and collaborator who can represent Mountain Pacific regionally, manage project plans and competing priorities, and use health care data to support improvement. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of the Quality Improvement team, with a specialty certification and bachelor’s degree preferred. This position does require travel 15% - 60% of the time. The target compensation for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 a year. The first review of candidates will be on October 2, 2026, and continually reviewed every 5 days after.
