About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced QA Tester to join our enterprise-level project team. This role involves working as the sole QA resource on a large-scale ECM platform implementation and migration project for an insurance company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation testing, workflow validation, and integration testing, along with a solid understanding of enterprise content management (ECM) systems.
- Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts for workflows and integrations as the project progresses.
- Validate ECM platform functionalities, including class verification, document integration, and UI decoding.
- Perform functional testing and ensure quality across migration activities.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure seamless integration and accurate migration of documents.
- Conduct AI-based automation testing to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage testing in an enterprise-level QA environment, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
- Provide detailed defect reports and work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Act as the sole QA resource, ensuring end-to-end quality assurance for the project.
- 5+ years of QA experience in enterprise environments.
- 2+ years of migration project experience (document/data migration).
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and scripting.
- Strong understanding of ECM platforms and document management tools.
- Experience in integration testing and automating integration workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-based automation approaches.
- Insurance industry experience (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Radiant or similar insurance platforms.
- Knowledge of UI decoding and ECM-specific functionalities.
- Exposure to enterprise-level automation frameworks.
- Team collaborator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as the sole QA resource.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying risks and issues.
