Daycare Teacher

Pay: $16–$19 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Create a warm, welcoming classroom where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
• Bring our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to life through fun, hands-on learning experiences.
• Foster each child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and their families through daily communication, updates, and celebrations of milestones.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team that is dedicated to making every day a positive experience for our students.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of childcare or daycare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to meet all state licensing requirements for the position.
• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and genuine passion for working with young children.
