Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) — Skilled Nursing Facility, Lake County, OH
A family-oriented skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a larger-sized skilled nursing and rehabilitation community set on a wooded, peaceful campus in Lake County, Ohio. Families and staff regularly describe the setting as calm and inviting — a genuine differentiator in this market.
This is a bigger community than most in the area, which means more scope: a larger team to build and develop, more service lines to oversee, and more room to leave your mark. The facility's CMS Quality Measures and Long-Stay Quality Measures ratings both currently sit at 5 out of 5 stars — a real strength to build on and market to referral sources and families.
The Regional Director of Operations overseeing this building is known across the organization for genuinely supportive, adaptive leadership — hands-on when an Administrator wants a thought partner, and happy to step back and give autonomy to those who've earned it. Ownership is warm and family-run at its core, and long-tenured team members describe a workplace where people are known and valued.
What we're looking for:
Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience leading a mid-to-large skilled nursing facility
Strong operational and financial acumen, paired with a genuine commitment to clinical quality
A leader ready to build and stabilize a team while sustaining strong resident outcomes
