Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing job orders, and growing assigned accounts. This position partners closely with recruiting and operations to ensure client needs are met and positions are filled efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients. Manage client expectations, job orders, and service delivery. Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts. Coordinate with recruiting and operations to fill open positions. Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate account activity and performance records. Qualifications: Experience in account management, staffing, sales, or client service. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Construction staffing experience is preferred. Success is measured by client retention, revenue growth, job-order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
