Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, supporting patient care and diagnosis. The candidate will work within a team to deliver high-quality imaging services.

Responsibilities:

• Operate ultrasound equipment to capture detailed images of patients' internal structures.
• Collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate imaging procedures.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols consistently.
• Stay updated on advances in ultrasound technology and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Maryland or Compact license at the time of submission.
• Possess at least 2 years of professional ultrasound experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with CERNER documentation systems.
• Be capable of floating within hospital units within scope as needed.
• Have successful references verifying clinical competence.
• Ability to respond to call within an hour and live within driving distance.
