Job Summary To succeed as an Assistant Manager at Rosati's Pizza, you must be self-motivated, friendly, and responsible with strong leadership qualities as well as a sense of humility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to assist your staff whenever needed. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. We will expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast‑paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have memorable experiences with Rosati’s.
