Assistant Manager

Overview Artemis Solutions has partnered with a leading manufacturing organization in Kentucky to identify an experienced Assistant Manager of Maintenance for their 3rd Shift operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader looking to join a stable and growing manufacturing environment where they can make a direct impact on operations, equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Leading and supporting maintenance teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Driving preventative maintenance programs and minimizing equipment downtime Managing facility systems including electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, pumps, valves, and process controls Coordinating repairs, inspections, vendor relationships, and maintenance scheduling Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, and operational efficiency Managing maintenance documentation, compliance reporting, and inventory for tools/parts Helping build and mentor strong maintenance teams through training and leadership Qualifications 3–5+ years of maintenance leadership experience Strong manufacturing maintenance background Experience overseeing preventative maintenance programs Knowledge of industrial systems, troubleshooting, and facility maintenance Ability to lead teams and drive accountability Strong communication and organizational skills Benefits Salary: 75,000-85,000 (based on experience) PTO: 80 hours per year Healthcare: Company pays 80% of the premium Join Us If you\'re ready to embark on a fulfilling journey with a supportive team dedicated to excellence and work-life balance, apply now to become part of our growing family at Artemis Solutions.
