Outside Sales Representative

Our reputation has been built on strong customer relationships, exceptional service, and helping contractors successfully complete their projects. As we continue to grow, we're expanding into the Columbus market and are looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to help lead that growth. What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities throughout the Columbus market Build and maintain relationships with residential builders, remodelers, and subcontractors Generate demand for Robinson Insulation's products and services through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and in-person visits Grow market share by identifying customer needs and providing value-driven solutions Manage and expand existing accounts while developing new client relationships Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully Become a trusted partner to customers throughout the construction process What We're Looking For Proven ability to build relationships and earn customer trust Self-starter who thrives in a field-based sales environment Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and stay organized Outside sales experience preferred Building materials, construction, or contractor sales experience highly preferred Ability to read blueprints and construction plans is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Robinson Insulation?
