We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven Benefits Administrator to join our Human Resources team! In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our employees throughout their journey with Endeavor Schools. From administering comprehensive benefits programs and managing leaves of absence to maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring regulatory compliance, you'll help create a seamless and positive employee experience across our growing network of schools. What You'll Do Benefits Administration & Employee Support Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), and voluntary benefits. Manage benefits enrollment, eligibility, qualifying life events, and annual open enrollment. Maintain accurate benefits configurations, deductions, and employee elections within HRIS and benefits platforms. Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and enrollment records to ensure accuracy. Serve as a trusted resource for employees, answering benefits questions, resolving issues, and providing benefits education and new-hire orientation. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records in Dayforce, processing new hires, terminations, status changes, and other HR transactions. Administer leaves of absence, including FMLA, ADA, personal leave, COBRA, and return-to-work processes. Coordinate workers' compensation claims with employees, school leadership, insurance carriers, and medical providers. Manage PTO policies, accruals, and annual resets within Dayforce. Oversee I-9 and E-Verify administration, supporting school leaders with employment verification and compliance. Support compliance with federal and state benefits regulations, including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA, as well as required reporting and audits. Respond to escalated employee inquiries through Zendesk and prepare HR service reports and analytics. Support ongoing HR initiatives, employee data audits, and administrative projects. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave administration. Familiarity with federal and state employment and benefits regulations, including FMLA, ACA, COBRA, and ERISA. Experience working with HRIS and benefits administration platforms; Dayforce experience is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong communication and customer service skills with a genuine passion for supporting employees. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across teams. CEBS, CBP, or other relevant HR certification is a plus. Why Endeavor Schools?
