Remote Senior Brand & Agency Sales Director

Real Voices. Superior Advertising. Thriving Media. CivicScience is seeking a high-impact Director, Brand and Agency Sales to spearhead our revenue growth in the Chicago market. In this senior-level, individual contributor role, you will be the primary evangelist for our suite of advertising and data solutions, leveragingour unique position in the market to drive net-new revenue across Display, OLV, CTV, and Native channels, while positioning our high-value differentiators—including custom audiences, brand lift studies, and proprietary research insights—to the world’s most sophisticated agencies and brand advertisers. Key Responsibilities Leverage established relationships with agencies and brands in the greater Chicago area across investment, strategy, and programmatic teams. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create and lead an account plan that will exceed revenue goals for your territory. Possess astrong understanding of business challenges and market dynamics across the AdTech/MarTech landscape. Work with internal client activation teams to manage ad campaigns, ensuringdelivery on campaign goals and exceeding client expectations. Drive a positive customer experience and nurture relationships that create new and incremental upsell opportunities. Develop and manage territory forecasts that accurately project revenue throughout the entire sales cycle. Provide management with client feedback and industry knowledge, enablinginvestments in product development to meet the future needs of our clients. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years experience with a proven track record of success selling to agencies and advertisers across multiple sectors AdTech experience in first- and third-party audience targeting and technology, DSPs, online measurement, and/or delivery and measurement platforms Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client/stakeholder deadlines simultaneously Experience using CRM and prospecting tools such as Hubspot and LinkedIn Effective time-management skills Bachelor's degree (preferred) Benefits & Expectations Join a company that values innovation and creativity, works with cutting-edge technology to influence major business decisions, and makes a real-world impact. Candidates must reside within the Central Time Zone in the greater Chicago, Illinois area. Target base salary range: $125,000 - $150,000.
