Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required prior to start.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Experience treating patients with neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular conditions preferred.
• Ability to perform patient assessments, implement therapeutic procedures, and communicate treatment changes to physicians and care teams.
• Willingness to relocate to a rural area.
