We are currently seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative and patient-focused healthcare team in Alamosa, Colorado . This is a great opportunity for a passionate Physical Therapist who enjoys helping patients improve mobility, recover from injuries, and restore functional independence in a supportive clinical environment.

Relocation assistance and a potential sign-on bonus may be available for qualified candidates. Candidates should be open to relocating to a rural community and becoming part of a close-knit healthcare team.

• Shift: Monday – Friday (Day Shift)
• Salary Range: $37.96 – $52.97 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapeutic care to patients with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular conditions.
• Apply appropriate therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve, and restore patient function.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist License (Required)
• BLS Certification – American Heart Association (AHA)
• Strong clinical evaluation and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
