Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift

Hours per Week: 40

Bill Rate: $37.96 - $52.97 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate treatment effectiveness and recommend adjustments to physicians and staff as needed
Perform comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans
Provide therapeutic care for individuals with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular disorders
Select and implement appropriate therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve, and restore function

Qualifications

Current Colorado Physical Therapy license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred
Willingness to relocate to a rural area

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy and rehabilitation expertise
Patient assessment and treatment evaluation
Therapeutic procedure implementation
Effective communication and collaboration with healthcare teams
Knowledge of neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular conditions
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
