HR Generalist: Employee Relations & Compliance
US Oral Surgery Management
US Oral Surgery Management seeks an HR Generalist to support employee relations, HR compliance, audits, and staffing across the organization. This role partners with HRBPs and Practice Leaders to ensure accurate employee data and effective HR processes. You will manage onboarding, offboarding, HR lifecycle activities, and respond to employee matters with confidentiality.
