Role Description This is a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker and/or a Licensed Professional Counselor role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Flint, MI, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients with mental health and behavioral health needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating care with medical and behavioral health providers, participating in case consultations, and providing crisis intervention when needed. The role also involves documenting services in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards, engaging in discharge planning, and connecting clients with community resources. The clinician will contribute to program development, maintain professional licensure, and uphold a non-discriminatory, trauma-informed approach to care. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Social Work/LPC skills, including psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and familiarity with healthcare systems. Candidates should possess Case Management skills, including care coordination, resource referral, advocacy, and discharge planning. Candidates should possess Mental Health and Behavioral Health skills, including diagnostic evaluation, therapeutic interventions, and crisis response. Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor (LCSW, LPC or equivalent) and a master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) from an accredited program. Experience working with diverse populations, adherence to ethical and legal standards, and commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive practice. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams and in a hybrid (onsite/remote) environment. Prior experience in outpatient behavioral health, integrated care, or community mental health settings is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
