Financial Data Analyst

Addison Group is working with a growing organization that is going through a major systems integration and data transformation initiative and is looking to add a Financial Data Analyst to the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of finance, data, and technology and has experience supporting system implementations, migrations, or integrations. This is a contract position with potential to convert. Compensation: $38 - $40/HR What you’ll be doing: Lead data normalization efforts across multiple source systems Support system migration, integration, and implementation projects Monitor data integrity and identify/resolve discrepancies Partner across teams to ensure data definitions, mappings, and workflows are aligned Build and maintain Excel-based models, reporting tools, and trackers Work hands-on with large datasets across multiple systems Requirements: Experience in financial data analysis, data structuring, or systems-focused analytics Strong understanding of data normalization and data integrity Experience supporting system migrations, integrations, or implementations Advanced Excel skills — complex formulas, data modeling, and large datasets Comfort working independently and navigating ambiguity Experience utilizing Alteryx, NetSuite, AI tools (Claude or similar), or experience working with complex rights/licensing or media data is a huge plus Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
