Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to deliver care from the comfort of your own home while connecting with elderly clients via telehealth platforms. Our telehealth facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure secure and effective communications. You will engage with clients through virtual counseling sessions, facilitating a supportive environment that encourages openness and healing. The regular work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, promoting a work-life balance that supports your well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify individual care requirements and craft personalized treatment plans.

• Provide both individual and group therapy to address emotional challenges and cognitive decline, facilitating discussions on life transitions, grief, and resilience.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop holistic care plans that incorporate psychological, medical, and social considerations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on elderly clients, many of whom are experiencing various mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress related to their life experiences. You will be instrumental in helping them navigate the complexities of aging while promoting mental wellness and resilience in this often marginalized demographic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
