What Our Caregivers Do Provide companionship and meaningful engagement Assist with activities of daily living based on individual needs Support clients with meal preparation and light household tasks Assist with mobility, safety, and fall prevention Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities Observe and communicate changes in condition to the care team Respect client preferences, routines, privacy, and dignity at all times Caregivers who thrive in This Role Our most successful caregivers are: Compassionate, dependable, and emotionally intelligent Professional and respectful in every home they enter Excellent communicators who build trust with clients and families Comfortable working independently while maintaining accountability Dedicated to providing care with patience, dignity, and excellence Preferred Caregiver Qualifications Professional caregiving experience preferred CNA or HHA certification welcomed but not required Experience with dementia care, hospice care, or senior support is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work legally in the United States Why Join Interim HealthCare?
