Night Guest Attendant – WoodSpring Suites, Miami-Doral, FL Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional, and problem‑solving Night Guest Attendant to serve as the first point of contact for guests during the overnight shift. Benefits Hourly Rate: $15.00 – $17.00, depending on experience DailyPay Access: Flexible pay options to access earnings when needed Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits plus paid time off for full‑time employees Employee Assistance Program: Complimentary support for personal or work‑related concerns Career Growth: Advancement opportunities within the company for dedicated employees Primary Duties Property Inspections: Conduct regular physical inspections throughout the night to ensure safety and security Guest Services: Assist with after‑hours check‑in and check‑out, addressing guest needs and concerns Laundry Duties: Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; maintain a clean laundry area Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, restock supplies, and prepare rooms not cleared by housekeeping Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency protocols and protect security needs of guests and property Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications At least one year of customer service experience; hotel operations experience preferred Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills Proactive problem solver Physical Requirements Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for extended periods Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. reserves the right to modify, change, or apply this job description as it deems necessary.
