Lobby Attendant

Job Title: Lobby AttendantReports To: General ManagerDepartment: Food & Beverage OperationsStatus: Non-ExemptPay Rate: $14.00 per hour*This position is eligible to receive tips*Broad Functions: The Lobby Attendant Associate ensures the plaza and outside areas are clean, cleaning includes dining, lobby, restroom and outside area; additionally they are also expected to be aware of all activities at the plaza and report any suspicious activities to management thus ensuring a safe environment for customers and associates.Main Duties and Responsibilities: (Aside from the following other duties may be assigned)Dining and Lobby Area:Cleaning the tablesCleaning WindowsCleaning, sweeping the floorMaking sure the dining room and lobby areas are clean at all timesKeep area safe, mop up any liquids immediatelyThrowing out garbageRestroom Area:Clean and sinksClean toiletStock all paper and chemical products for cleaningClean mirrorsWash down wallsKeep floor mopped and cleanDirect guests to all open stalls to help move lines fasterOutside Area:Empty Trash Cans as neededKeep picnic areas cleanSweep all papers and debris found on groundSweep by front doors of plaza as neededMake sure all areas are kept safe for customers and associates as well at all times.To give a great customer service while working in plaza.Skills and Qualifications:Must work well in a fast peace environmentMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsMust have excellent communication skills (oral, written)Must be able to stoop, bend, sit and stand on a daily basisMust be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 60 poundsMust be customer service orientedHigh school diploma preferredEEOC Statement:We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse team and fostering an inclusive environment where employees feel empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
