Privately owned Golf & Country Club is looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented Event & Sales Coordinator to the team. Must have experience working supporting private clubs, country clubs, and/or hotels. Bringing a strong background in sales, client communication, and event coordination with a proven ability to build relationships, and manage multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities: Guest & Member Experience
- Serve as a primary point of contact for guests and event clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Build strong relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Proactively address guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a polished, welcoming atmosphere across event, dining, and bar spaces.
- Coordinate event details from inquiry through execution, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
- Collaborate with service and event staff to ensure smooth event operations and exceptional service.
- Support training, scheduling, and ongoing development of front-of-house teams.
- Assist with pre-event briefings and pre-shift meetings to align teams on expectations and goals.
- Assist in overseeing food and beverage service standards, inventory, and cost controls during events.
- Support leadership with reporting, budgeting, and basic P&L awareness.
- Ensure all policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
- Partner with ownership and management on event planning, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
