Member Services Representative (Remote Washington State)
???? Location: Fully Remote (Must reside near Renton, WA or Spokane, WA to pick up company equipment)
???? Pay: $16$20/hr
???? Employment Type: Full-Time
???? Schedule: Flexible 8-hour shift assigned between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM PST, SundaySaturday
???? Training Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM PST
Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Member Services Representative to support members with healthcare benefits, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and provider navigation.
This is a fully remote opportunity for Washington-based candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.
???? What You'll Do
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls from members regarding healthcare benefits and coverage
- Assist members with billing statement questions and premium payment inquiries
- Research and explain plan benefits, eligibility, and coverage details
- Help members locate in-network providers and healthcare services
- Resolve member concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Support questions related to Medicare, provider assistance, remittance, and premium amounts
- Assist members with website navigation and troubleshooting
- Document interactions accurately while navigating multiple systems simultaneously
? Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency using multiple computer systems simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for remote work
- Must reside in Washington State and be able to pick up equipment in either Renton or Spokane
? Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare or health insurance experience
- Experience supporting members or customers in a high-volume contact center environment
