We’re looking for a hands-on Bilingual Recruiter to support daily operations at a fast-paced warehouse location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume environments and enjoys leading teams on the floor. *MUST be flexible with shift hours changing during peak season: Monday-Saturday, 7am-4pm What you’ll do: Support a large contingent workforce Manage attendance, scheduling, and performance Conduct onboarding and ensure a strong employee experience Manage recruitement and pipelines Track KPIs and partner with the client on daily operations What we’re looking for: 2+ years in recruiting Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment #J-18808-Ljbffr swipejobs
